A few simple things that can save a lot of damage in the meantime.
Find your water meter
If it's a burst pipe or serious leak, turning off the tap at the meter stops it getting worse while you wait for us.
Move what you can
Get furniture, rugs and anything electrical away from the water. Towels down to soak up what's already there.

Tell us what's happening and we'll give you an honest idea of timing before we even leave the ute.
